24/7 Studio Access for Selected Creators
A limited program for a small number of committed adult creators. Studios are located in Manhattan; the exact address is not published publicly.
Studio Access
Selected residents may receive 24/7 access to studio facilities, performance space, photography/video equipment, professional lighting and streaming setups.
Production Support
Editing, production and business-development support may be included depending on the written residency agreement.
Housing + Expenses
Some residents may receive housing and agreed basic living expenses in addition to studio access and production support.
Important: Residency opportunities are limited and offered only to selected adult creators who demonstrate consistent commitment to developing their creator business. Housing, studio access, financial support or participation is never conditioned on sexual activity, specific content or surrendering personal boundaries. Participation must be voluntary and governed by a separate written residency agreement.
